True" hello, this is Circuit from Proper Soft. - Today, I will show you how to convert a PDF file to CSV format and import it into QuickBooks Online. - We will use the PDF to CSV utility, which you can download at propersoft.net. - Once downloaded and installed, start PDF to CSV and select a PDF file from your bank or credit card company. - Review the transactions before converting and check that the dates are correct. - Here, the dates are correct, with withdrawals in the proper place and deposits in the proper place, along with any other details. - Select a CSV target, and it will be imported into QuickBooks Online. - Choose CSV for QuickBooks Online and set the desired format for the output dates (e.g., month-day-year). - Click the convert button to create a CSV file from your PDF file. - Now that the CSV file is created, switch to QuickBooks Online. - End QuickBooks Online and select Banking from the menu. - Upload the CSV file by selecting browse and selecting the created CSV file. - Click Next and select the account where you want to import your data. - Click Next and pre-selected description and dates will already be selected. - You just have to select the amount and dates in the format specified by the converter (e.g., month-day-year). - You can review the transactions before importing and then click Next. - Confirm the import, and that's it!
