We've got some quick and easy information that will help you get back in shape if you're looking to in 2022. And joining us now to tell us all about it is Miss June Fewett. She is with the University of Tennessee Extension Office. How are you? I'm great, happy New Year. You too. Thank you for being here with us. No problem. Alright, June, tell us a little bit about some folks at home who may be interested in getting back on the healthy bandwagon and being able to do a little bit more this coming year. You have some great classes and you don't have to be in tip-top shape to do this. Absolutely. We have a couple of activities for various fitness levels. Our first one is a matter of balance, and this is mainly for older folks who have a fear of falling or may have fallen before. It's going to be so much fun. It's nine sessions on Zoom. Wow, and it's not just watching slides, it's interactive and getting to know each other. We'll have guest speakers related to health and so forth. We did these last year and they were just so much fun. What made you decide this is a topic that we really need to discuss for our community? Is there really a fear out there? Yes, every 11 seconds, an older person is going to the emergency room because of a fall, and about 25% of those will have an injury, sometimes a serious injury like a brain injury or a broken bone.
