True, thank you for your interest in the Delaware Division of the Arts Individual Artists Fellowships. This 35-minute video will provide applicants with an overview of the program, details about eligibility and work sample requirements, and will show applicants step-by-step how to complete the online grant application. This video is intended to assist applicants with the submission process, but all applicants should also thoroughly review the written program guidelines prior to submitting an application. Delaware Division of the Arts staff are available by phone or email to assist should you have any additional questions regarding the program guidelines or application process. Specific contact information and details about where to find the written guidelines will be discussed later in this presentation. All work samples must have been created within the last three years. The visual images registry form has been removed from the application for visual artists and replaced with a question that asks if the artist wants to be considered for an exhibition in the Mezzanine Gallery. A three-year waiting period was instituted for fiscal year 2013, 2014, and 2015 fellows before they can reapply in the emerging or established categories. Individual artist fellowships provide funding to Delaware creative artists working in the visual, ing, media, folk, and literary arts. Fellowships enable recipients to fulfill needs that will allow them to advance their careers.
