And right now, there's a lot of pain out there, so probably if there's a time for a topic like what we're talking about, it is now. And it's good to have these thoughtful conversations and hopefully give you tools for how to make positive change. So, I'm looking forward to this, and once again thank you for being here. With that, let me introduce Mayan Udotek. She's our Director of Program and Partnership Development, and she conceptualized and leads our DEI initiatives at the Extension. I wanted to start off before we get into our panel discussion by giving a little bit of insight into the vision that we have for DEI here at Extension. So just to recap what PK mentioned just now, the UCSE Silicon Valley Extension is the professional continuing studies arm of the UC Santa Cruz campus.
