In today's video, I have noticed that many of my clients have been submitting their claims in a certain way and receiving prompt responses. Within two or three days, they get a message saying, "Hey, we need you to come in for a C&P exam." And about a week or two later, if they have an actionable and sufficient DBQ and/or nexus statement, they actually receive a rating decision. On average, it takes about two months for the majority of clients and veterans I have spoken to. However, it is important to remember that every claim is different. You do not know which VSR (Veteran Service Representative) will handle the development of your claim or what type of adjudicator or RVS (Rating Veterans Service) representative will adjudicate it.
