Today, I am bringing another educational video regarding the VA disability compensation claims process. Today, we will be discussing how to fast track your claim and what you can do to get a C&P exam in a matter of days. In today's video, I have noticed that many of my clients have been submitting their claims in a certain way and receiving prompt responses. Within two or three days, they get a message saying, "Hey, we need you to come in for a C&P exam." And about a week or two later, if they have an actionable and sufficient DBQ and/or nexus statement, they actually receive a rating decision. Today, I will be sharing some slides and walking you through the direct link to the direct upload for where veterans can file their claims. On average, it takes about two months for the majority of clients and veterans I have spoken to. However, it is important to remember that every claim is different. You do not know which VSR (Veteran Service Representative) will handle the development of your claim or what type of adjudicator or RVS (Rating Veterans Service) representative will adjudicate it.
