Instructions and Help about Dd 1750

True" Montana law requires that both parties provide information on their income and expenses to each other, regardless of whether they are filing jointly or separately. Each party must complete a form and serve a copy to the other party. Start by filling in your contact information and the same caption on the front page as the other forms you have already completed. In the first section, only provide your income information and do not include the other party's information. This section includes a table of different sources of income such as wages, salary, income from assets, self-employment, unemployment, Social Security benefits, TANF, food stamps, child support, and more. Enter the amount you receive monthly for each applicable source of income in the table. Then, add up all these monthly sources of income and write your total monthly income at the bottom. Moving on to the next section, only provide your expenses and do not include the other party's information. This section also contains a table listing various expenses such as taxes, retirement, health insurance, car insurance, transportation, rent, student loans, and more. Enter the amount you spend monthly for each expense in the table. Once again, add up all your monthly expenses and write your total monthly expenses at the bottom. Finally, sign and date the last page of the form, declaring that the information you have disclosed is true and correct.
