Once you're done with your note and you need to export it, either to a classroom or anywhere else, you're going to tap on the share button in the top-left hand corner. Then, you get the options on how you want to share the file. I would suggest either saving it directly to your iPad or using Classroom to attach it that way. So, to share the files and to share to your iPad, you're going to tap "Share To...". Here, it's going to have you make the settings for the file that's going to be exported. The first thing we're going to look at is the format. You'll notice that by default, it says PDF. If you tap on "Format", you can change how the note is being sent. Notice the descriptions next to them. PDF is good for sharing with computers and non-Notability users. It can be viewed almost anywhere, but it is read-only. Your second option that you may want to choose is the note option. This is Notability's native format, best format for backing up and sharing with other Notability users. If you do have audio embedded in your note, you do need to choose the note format to send the note; otherwise, the audio recordings will not be included. Image is your third option. This is great for sharing with anyone, any platform, application, or device. Then, your last option is RTF, which stands for rich text formatting. This is great for quick sharing of text and recording note. It does not include handwriting or PDFs that may be attached to your note. So, your best options are going to be the top two: PDF and note.
