True" welcome to this quick demonstration of importing fillable PDFs into Filmmaker. Fillable PDFs are a product that allows you to enter data into forms and send them off to be filled in anywhere. The filled form is then sent back to you for extracting the data. However, you can import those forms into Form Maker to have a more iOS or Mac OS friendly version of your form. To import the form into Form Maker, you first need to get the fillable PDF form onto your device. I have an example here that has some text at the top, edit es, check es, and a list of favorite colors. The form is on my iPad in a folder within the Files app. In Form Maker, click on "import" and select "fillable PDF form." A dialog will appear with a list of forms or folders where you can find the form. Select the form and it will ask you to provide a name for the form, such as "Test One." After clicking "OK," Form Maker will import the form and it will be ready to use. When looking at the imported form, you can see that it has picked up the text at the top correctly and has the labels for the edit es. There is a "next page" button because long forms in Form Maker are not ideal for printing. Each printed page corresponds to a single page on an iPad, iPhone, or Mac OS screen. Therefore, we usually keep the form short or the size of the device we are working on. In this case, we have four fields on the first page, followed by additional fields on the following pages.
