True" Music. Hello everyone, welcome to the LTSs Maryland Provider Portal webinar. My name is Walid and in this webinar, we will focus on the Clients tab. For this webinar, we will talk about the service referral and acceptance process in the Provider Portal. LTSs Maryland Provider Portal is an interface for providers to access information on people referred to your agency for services. It allows you to electronically accept service referrals, bill for the services provided, review and resolve billing activity errors and exceptions, and manage your staff's access to the portal. The portal also provides related system updates and other important communications from MDH. To log in to the LTSs Provider Portal, use authorized credentials on your web browser. Type in the URL for the LTSs Maryland system. The login screen will be displayed, with fields for username and password. Enter your username and password, then click on the Sign In button. Please do not share your username or password with anyone. After signing in, a pop-up with a dropdown field will appear. Choose the site "LTSs/I SAS Live 2014 New" from the dropdown, then click Go. It is recommended to access the site with Chrome 19 or later, Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10, or Firefox. Once logged into the Provider Portal, you will see the home page. It contains seven different tabs: Home, Services, Clients, Providers, Reports, Help, and Feedback. We will go through each of these tabs throughout the webinar. The home page displays announcements from MDH and pending tasks for the provider agency. The Services tab is used to bill for services. You can view entered service details, resolve billing issues, and view claims and payments. The Clients tab allows you to view information on the people your agency serves.
