It's going to seem very similar, but when an agent has someone who wants to sell a house, this is the form we use. We go to the house and go over this form with the seller. We start by explaining to them that this is our exclusive right to sell. Remember, an exclusive right to sell means that I can sell the house only. Nobody else can sell the house, not even the homeowner themselves. Only the agent can sell the house. So, we're going to start.
