I'm going to go over them in detail here in a series so that you can see each contract. When we meet together on a zoom, you'll have this to refer back to. When we meet together, I'll be giving you the general outlay of what contracts do, how they work, and what they're about. This video is going to try to give you a more detailed view, especially what will be covered on the test. So, this is an exclusive right to sell listing contract. You probably remember it from when we did exclusive right to list in our yellow book. This is the one we use in Colorado. It's going to seem very similar, but when an agent has someone who wants to sell a house, this is the form we use. We go to the house and go over this form with the seller. We start by explaining to them that this is our exclusive right to sell. Remember, an exclusive right to sell means that I can sell the house only. Nobody else can sell the house, not even the homeowner themselves. Only the agent can sell the house. So, we're going to start. We have to make a selection whether we're going to be a seller agency or transaction brokerage, which one are we going to do?
