When you are ready to print, the easiest way is to select one of the options from the quick print menu. Once the preview is displayed, select the print button on the top of the screen. To see those options, instead of selecting an option from the quick print menu, select print email reports from the budget pull-down menu. This not only gives you access to all the budgeting reports, including printing Global's and fringes to expense tracking, but also gives you specific print options for the report that you are printing.
