For example, if you formed your business on May 15th, 2019, you will need to file your 2019 annual report by May 1st, 2020. If you fail to file your annual report on time, the state will dissolve your business within 60 days, which means you will no longer be able to conduct business in Wyoming. To get your business back into active status, you will need to file your annual report up to that date and also file for reinstatement.
