I said it a few minutes ago, I'll say it again for those of you who have also um, I know we've been... Let me just say, I really appreciate what you guys do out there. Let me just start there. I know we've been hitting you guys with tons of my eval information, um, so you're getting hit from that on different ends, you know, your normal jobs. What we wanted to do is robust our training for you out there in the field to get more in the weeds on some other topics as well. Um, and Sergeant Terpening, who will be our presenter, she's going to go into the details on, you know, some of the things that we're getting in that are really causing slowdowns, in addition to some of our manpower shortages here. It's no secret that we're behind on certain programs. We're going to try to be very transparent and communicate to you guys where we're at with things. I also try to communicate with a lot of you that are on the Facebook pages, the 3FO on the reserve side and the guard side. I think it's good that we talk and just be transparent with where we're at.
