My name is Andrew Kling, along with Agnes Kadmedez from the University of Maryland Extension. Hello, and today we have two presenters, Jonathan Case and Paul Garinger, who are going to be speaking about landowner liability and recreation access in Maryland. Before we get to them, we have a little bit of housekeeping to talk about. Firstly, I need to let you know that this webinar is being recorded. These recordings are used for a couple of different purposes. One, in case you have to leave the presentation, you want to be able to see the entire recording. And we also make it available for people who didn't register through Eventbrite. We make it available on our YouTube channel, as well as our website at dot edu extension.umd.edu/woodland. One of the advantages of having registered for the webinar through Eventbrite is you get an email from me letting you know when the recording is available and how to access it. There are also a couple of other benefits as well. One is you'll get notices of upcoming webinars and face-to-face workshops when we can get back to doing that, as well as a subscription to our quarterly newsletter called Branching Out. The next issue of that is due out in August.
