True" hi, how are you? Good evening! My name is Michelle Jordan and I'm the Director of External Affairs for Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts. We are so excited to be here this evening. Thank you for spending the next 45 minutes with us. I'd like to introduce you to one of our co-speakers and presenters, Maureen Farrell. Maureen Farrell is at the law firm that serves both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, providing convenience, experience, and value. She protects families' future and helps plan for small business success. She cares deeply about her clients and works diligently. Maureen, do you want to introduce yourself? Sure, I've been practicing in the estate planning and estate administration guardianship area for about 15 years now. So, this is all I do. It's this one area. I'm not a general practitioner. I've met a lot of people over the years. From younger people in their 20s and 30s, I plan for people in their 40s and 50s. I also do some Medicaid planning to help with that, because the various stages of life planning are different. I'm happy to report that I was a Super Lawyer a few years ago. I'm very active in non-profit organizations and giving lectures and educational opportunities like this. I want to thank you guys for doing this because it's great to have a community event and to save money and time and hopefully grief for our participants. So thank you guys for having me. Thanks for being with us, Maureen. So, tonight's presentation is going to be on how to administer an estate after a loved one passes. First, I'm going to talk a little bit about Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts. We're having a little bit of trouble with our PowerPoint presentation. I'm sure that it'll be up before you know...
